Business Development & Account Manager

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead projects by ensuring brands’ objectives and timelines are met, overseeing creative development and video production and ensuring smooth delivery of deliverables.

  • Pitch and develop new business opportunities on behalf of the company to agencies and brands

  • Drive business development and sales efforts with agencies in the Philippines, negotiate trading deals and partnerships for our products

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for HCN creators by assigning jobs and leading in creation of proposals.

  • Lead in the creation of proposals for incoming client campaigns by working with HCN’s creators in developing content that meet client’s objectives

  • Maintain rapport with HCN creators and key accounts to scale business growth on behalf of the company

  • Prepare campaign reports and advise clients on key learnings/recommendations

  • Accomplish marketing and sales objectives by planning, developing, implementing and executing content plans on our creators’ platforms

Requirements:

  • At least 3-4 years of client servicing experience (preferably in media or digital agency).

  • Strong understanding and interest in advertising and media industry, consumer trends on social media

  • Strong understanding of social media platforms, especially TikTok and YouTube.

  • Media buying experience on YouTube and Tik Tok is preferred.

  • Passionate about new media and digital content, with strong interest in social media content creation.

  • Strong presentation, interpersonal, organizational and business-judgement skills.

  • An appetite for changes, empathetic and proactive.

  • Strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills and comfortable with client facing role

  • Able to manage tight deadlines with strong project management skills

Influencer Partnerships Executive

Responsibilities

  • Social media management and content creation on HCN PH’s social platforms (IG, FB, TikTok)

  • Creator acquisition: Discover and onboard new creators to the Network, maintain good relationships with creators through our Creator Engagement Programme

  • Marketing to Creators: Develop and manage our Creator Engagement Programme and market our creators to grow the Network

  • Supporting the team in all forms of business events & campaign execution

  • Sourcing for and liaising with third party vendors

  • Pitching to brand partners & sponsors for collaborations and campaigns

  • Design and conceptualisation of HCN’s branding and BD collaterals

 

Requirements

  • 1-2 years experience in digital marketing or advertising, strong understanding of advertising industry

  • Good Social Media management skills (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok)

  • Good knowledge of productivity tools (Keynote, Pages, Excel, Slack)

  • Good knowledge of branding and design concepts

  • Good knowledge of design software like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc

  • Creative and quick-thinking, able to ideate and execute under tight timelines

  • Enjoy interacting with people, detailed and task-oriented

  • Quick-thinking, creative and good problem-solver

  • Strong interest or experience in social media content creation

Video Editor

Job responsibilities:

- Manage and produce video edits and video content compilations

- Assist in the development of new video products and offerings

- Keep up and deliver consistent, quality output with a fast-paced and varied editing timelines (often with tight turnarounds)

- Manage multiple projects at a time and ensure videos are edited both effectively and efficiently, for a variety of budget levels

 

Requirements:

- Possesses strong self-awareness, is critical about their own work, and is a creative spirit

- Calm under pressure

- Strong communication and organisation skills

- Positive team player who collaborates well with others and reacts well to feedback

- Possess a good understanding of the video post-production process and workflow

- Must have experience in the video production industry

- Must have experience working with Premiere Pro (or other NLE software)

- Experience with Adobe Audition, Audacity, Pro Tools (or other audio editing software) is a bonus

- Experience with Adobe After Effects (or other motion graphics software) is a bonus

- Experience with Adobe Photoshop is a bonus
